"Lovely and clean had everything we needed except a first aid kit."
One of the nicer properties we have stayed in and would do so again.
-
"Great location with shops in walkable distance."
Easy to get to the main road & on to Kynance cove etc. Overall accommodation okay. Must do something about the scalding water from the hot taps. There are signs up but luckily we had no children with us.It just gets too hot too quickly. Other than that it was a good base to go visiting from
-

Cottage well furnished and spotlessly clean. Goodies on arrival well appreciated. Very spacious rooms and living. Kitchen very clean and well equiped. Very quiet neighbourhood and large private parking in front of the house. Comfortable beds. Owners very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Cornwall.

"A most comfortable and lovely bungalow on an estate on the edge of this attractive village."
Plenty of walks from the village and plenty to see on the Lizard Peninsula. A welcoming pack was provided, wine, tea, coffee and biscuits was most gratefully received!

Tea,milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine were very thoughtfully provided for our arrival. Thank you. Everything we could have possibly needed was on hand. Added to this the central location for shops, pubs and the coast was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

"Another relaxing holiday."
This was our tenth holiday at 22 Tremble Road. The property has everything you need. Village is a couple of minutes walk and the beach a ten minute drive. Hope to be back next year. John R Ferris

"We really enjoyed our stay at Trembel Road."
The bungalow was clean and well equipped with good sized rooms. It was only a short walk to the shops and pub. It was possible to go on coastal walks straight from the accommodation, accessing the coast via pleasant paths and lanes. We would happily stay here again.
-
"The bungalow was in first class condition and well equipped for all your needs a very nice stay would highly recommended it ."
-
"We really enjoyed our holiday at 22 Trembel Road in Mullion."
The bungalow was lovely and clean and well laid out out with every facility you need to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing. It is really well situated in the village within 2 minutes of a convenience store, fish and chips shop, public house, cafe and chemist. It is also in a perfect location for visiting the many tourist destinations of the Lizard and the rest of South West Cornwall. Special thanks to the owners Sheila and Dennis for the welcome pack which was very much appreciated.
-

"Lovely bungalow, very clean and comfortable."
We had a fab stay, it's a great base to explore Cornwall from. Thank you.
-
"Lovely well equipped bungalow."
Location is excellent. Bungalow is a great size and is furnished well. Nice touches on arrival. Very quiet at night so easy to sleep but only 100 yds from shop and pub. Mullion is great, bustling and friendly. Lots of amazing beaches close by. We are now thinking this is where and how we would like to retire. Best holiday ever.

"Accommodation was ideal for our group - grandparents up one end and son and his young children up the other end with intermediate doors."
Well furnished and kitted out - comfortable and spacious. Would we want to use it again most definitely yes. Only criticism double-bed, the oldies used, was probably in need of new mattress. Very minor point perhaps some new towels. One other criticism, after talking to neighbour, everybody has a problem finding it. All we needed to know was the property is named "Eagles" that sign was very clear along with the stone eagles in prominence but not the door number from a car. The owners were very helpful when we had a little electrical problem. Tv was good and wifi was fast. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Location was spot on. Easy short walk to shops, pubs, etc and of course Poldhu Cove just down the road.
-
"We had a lovely week at Trembel road, a very convenient location within the village, plus lots of coast path walks and beaches to choose from."
The only negatives were a lack of some pieces of crockery such as cereal bowls and smaller dishes for nibbles etc. Although we didn’t do a lot of cooking we missed some basic kitchen equipment, for instance there was no garlic press. Finally, it’s a pity there isn’t more use made of the outside space. Clean furniture and a usable sun brolly would have been welcome.
-
"We have been lucky enough to stop at 22 Trembel Road several times."
Its always a joy, spotlessly clean and Sheila & Dennis make sure you have everything you need. Poldhu Cove Beach is about a mile away and is our favourite beach. We are going back in September. We love it.
-
"Brilliant property."
Good setting. Near beaches Everything provided.
-
"Just Excellent !"

"Simply wonderful."
Great property with a superb location.
-
"Excellent property - very spacious and plenty of room for the six of us."
Lovely welcome of complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine, non alcoholic fizz and flowers were very much appreciated and enjoyed by all. A very quiet location and a wonderful base to explore The Lizard peninsula. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.
-
"We have stopped at Eagles several time."
Always a delight. Clean and comfortable with the village only 2 minutes away. The chip shop is a must. Poldhu beach is just over a mile away (take change for the car park) and food and drink is available from the café. If you like a quieter holiday this is a lovely cottage in a lovely village. Say that it's also a good base if you want to go exploring. John & Pauline Ferris

"This bungalow was superb."
My partner and I took my Mom and her partner to Mullion and they had a fantastic time. Lovely peaceful location and easy walk to local shops. The bungalow was well equipped with everything you could need. Would have liked to meet the owner to say thank you in person. Did try to call a couple of times but got no reply. I guess given Covid times that is the way it is. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Many thanks Kenny Hall

"This cottage has everything you can think of and more."

"Quiet location 5 minutes walk and you have 2 pubs both great for food and drinks, local shop, chip shop, take away curry available nearby on a Tuesday and a Thursday which was very nice."
Will definitely be returning ourselves.

"A perfect little hideaway for my wife, myself and my mother in law for a relaxing week in Cornwall."
We didn't see the owners though if we'd needed or wanted to they only live next door. There's loads of room for three especially as there are six beds and two bathrooms. Nice cosy lounge with reclining chairs and a big TV for warm evenings, a lovely dining table too. The master bedroom is off the lounge and enjoys an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, sink and WC, plus a good table to spread out toiletries on. Very comfortable bed with bedside lamps for reading. Hallway is wide with plenty of room for shoes, coats hang in the porch. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for preparing meals for six if needed. Dishwasher and microwave are included, not always present in holiday properties.. The other two twin rpoms share a bathroom which suited mum in law well. The plyroom is a nice touch, though we didn't use it. The only slight thing was the heated towel rail in the master en suite didn't get any more than warm but probably only needed bleeding, however it wasn't enough of a problem to warrant calling the owners. Overall, excellent and we're already considering booking again. Thamks

-
"Another great stay at this cottage."
Owner very friendly came round to make sure we had everything we needed. One minute walk into the village. Had some great meals in the Mounts Bay Hotel. Off road parking is another plus. We will be back. Mr John R Ferris.
-
"An extremely well provided bungalow with friendly helpful owners."
We have hired this property for the last 4 years but were disappointed with the price rise since Sykes became the letting agents.
-
"Situated in a fantastic part of Cornwall, this bungalow has all the facilities you need."
The owners Sheila and Dennis make you very welcome and are always at hand to help.

"Lovely clean property."
Everything you could wish for in a holiday cottage. A five minute walk into the village means you can leave the car at the cottage. So quiet and the owners are really helpful and friendly. So good we are going back in July.
