The property

A stunning semi-detached cottage, combining traditional stone with a contemporary white exterior.

This pretty property is an ideal spot for those seeking a holiday near the Cornish coast.

With ample outdoor seating and wondrous shrubbery, it’s a great place to relax in the sunshine with a refreshing beverage.

Walk through the warmth of the sun room, where you will spend the majority of your mornings, and head up the stairs to find the bedrooms.

There are two freshly and neutrally decorated rooms to choose from, both adding to the tranquillity of the property, with a king-size double and a single room featuring a marvellous exposed stone wall, perfect for a child.

Once you’ve settled in, venture into the kitchen to make lunch; take advantage of the farm shop just around the corner and you’ll have the freshest fruit and vegetables for your stay!

The sitting room is a wonderfully themed room, with a contrast of exposed stone and beams and wooden furnishings; the woodburner adds to the traditional feel of the room, perfect for heating up those chilly winter evenings.

Head out into the village for a day of peaceful exploration, being sure to stop at Collette’s Kitchen Bakes for a sweet treat, before heading out of the village and to the coast of Rinsey, with an array of tourist attractions including the stunning Ray Pool, the Trewavas Mine, and Rinsey Head, this delightful hamlet is rich in mining history and local heritage, not forgetting stunning scenery amongst the shores.

Not too far away you can find Praa Sands also known as the surfing capital of Cornwall, with its white sandy beaches and accompanied by the historic landmark of Pengersick Castle, it's a picturesque village perfect for coast lovers, known for its spectacular beaches and surfing opportunities.

Be sure to visit nearby Porthleven too, the most southerly port on the island of Great Britain, it boasts three churches, plenty of eateries and even more stunning scenery.
