A delightful detached barn conversion in a peaceful setting and lies within close proximity to some of the finest coastal scenery in Cornwall.
The beautiful sandy coves of Porthtowan, Chapel Porth and St Agnes are all within three miles.
A walk along the coast paths or along the golden sands will lift the spirit and revitalise the weary.
Detached from the owners residence, the barn is reverse level to take in the views over the surrounding countryside.
The first floor is open plan with a beautifully fitted and equipped oak kitchen at one end and a feature corner cream leather sofa in the other which has French doors leading onto a balcony to take full advantage of the rural view.
Stairs lead down to three comfortably furnished bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom.
To the front of the barn is a barbecue area and a lawned area beyond.
There is a summer house which is home to a hot tub, a games room with pool table and darts, There is a guest laundry room.
With a handy pub just half a mile away and the village of St Agnes within a five minute drive for provisions (butchers, greengrocers, pharmacy, newsagent, restaurants and pubs), Four Gates is in a great location.
The city of Truro is 9 miles away for some retail therapy and is home to Cornwall’s Cathedral and there is a museum or theatre for some culture.
Younger guests will enjoy the Zoo or the Aquarium at Newquay, where there are also some beautiful beaches; there is plenty of see and do and Four Gates is a great choice of holiday home for families or friends to visit at any time of year.
