The property

35 Lower Stables is a lovely family house over two levels within the beautifully kept 30 acres of landscaped and wooded grounds of the prestigious Maenporth Estate.

It enjoys gorgeous, serene views of the beach and sea, and is one of several built in a row to take advantage of the view.

Step through an outer hall to your own front door and walk through to the big open-plan living-dining and kitchen area.

Patio doors open on to the balcony which has a table and chairs and a lovely panoramic view; at this level there is a shower-room.

Stairs lead up to three bedrooms – a roomy double with TV and stunning views, a twin, and a bunk room, plus the family bathroom.

At no extra cost you have use of a large indoor heated swimming pool (50’ x 23’ x 3’3” to 6’6” deep), jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, pool table and two tennis courts, large BBQ area, woodland walks and children’s play area.

The sandy beach and excellent restaurant is about a 5 minutes’ walk down a steep hill.
