On arrival, after parking in your private allocated space, head down 20 shallow steps that lead to the property.

After passing through the hallway with a shower room, ideal for getting cleaned up after a trip to the beach, you enter into the bright and airy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy sofas looking out onto the garden.

On the first floor is the family bathroom and three bedrooms; the master double boasts an en-suite, followed by a twin room and a single with a trundle bed, making a twin if required.

Outside, the garden takes advantage of the sunshine, with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy alfresco dining, after a day on the beach.

A short walk down towards the seafront is the award-winning bar and restaurant, The Cove, where you can enjoy the real flavour of Cornwall with uninterrupted views across Falmouth Bay.

Close by, the historic town and port of Falmouth offers so much to do and see, as well as being the gateway to the beautiful Fal River.
