The property

Bodmin 3.5 miles.

Little Hendra is a cute little hideaway deep in the woods containing all you need to get away from everything and just relax surrounded by nature and magnificent views.

Warm, cosy and with all mod cons, within moments you can be surrounded by woods and nature or take a short drive to the beaches on either coast, Little Hendra makes a perfect quick getaway or a longer break to unwind in the countryside.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm, rustic feel, allowing you to unwind after a day exploring the sights.

This open-plan living space offers a delightful kitchenette for you to prepare picnics and breakfasts to be had at the dining table.

Then you can relax in front of the TV or enjoy a quiet read of your favourite book out in the garden, welcomed by a sun-filled sky.

There are two bedrooms to retire to at the end of a long day of walking; the double is minimalist in design and the bunk room is ideal for the kids.

Outside, the large garden offers a fruitful orchard and a lawned area for the children to run around with their four-legged, furry friend as you watch on by with a replenishing drink in hand.

You are close to many popular attractions in the area such as Cardinham Woods - lovely forestry commission woods - UK's foremost mountain bike centres, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House by the famous river Fowey.

Both coasts, south or north can be reached within 20 minutes drive.

Wind breakers, spades or camping chairs are happily provided by the owners.

Explore the ruggedness of the moors and the spectacular Tamar Valley, which is made up of rich farmland and flourishing meadows, an ever-changing landscape with many ancient towns to visit.

Callington is overlooked by Kit Hill, while Launceston is dominated by the ruins of its Norman castle and Tavistock is known as the gateway to Dartmoor.

Little Hendra promises a peaceful stay in a stunning, Cornish setting.
