This is an area of peace and tranquility, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and for reconnecting with family and friends in space and total comfort.

A magnificent property of ample proportions, adjacent to the owners’ residence.

A colourful corner sofa is a place where the whole family can relax in comfort around the roaring wood burning stove or enjoy a film on the home cinema system.

A dining area sits adjacent to french doors among a display of tropical greenery and indoor plants, a perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular views that stretch across countryside towards Bodmin moor.

On this level an opulent master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and its own private en-suite, with roll-top bath for unhurried soaks.

There is a further twin room on the first floor.

A oak staircase leads down to the ground floor hallway and utility area leading into a glorious and characterful country kitchen/diner.

Here families can gather around the lovely pine farmhouse table or relax on the leather sofa whilst the cooks of the family prepare meals on the electric AGA.

There are two tasteful and generous ground floor shower rooms and a further twin and king-size double room.

Summer days can be spent in one of four outdoor areas.

Enjoy morning coffee or a quick nap in the pretty garden to the front, furnished with table and chairs.

An enclosed and a safe-haven for children, the inner courtyard (used by owner for access only) leads into an enclosed walled garden ideal for sun-bathing and onto a generous raised deck equipped with BBQ and fire-pit, where children can enjoy watching the geese and ducks in the garden below.
