  • "The cottage was beautiful and had everything there to make this a fantastic place to stay."

The information regarding check in and all the appliances and the local area was really useful. All very well thought out. Didn't want to leave. Thank you

  • "The cottage exceeded expectations, with fabulous furniture and beautifully decorated throughout."

Everything you needed was there. A wonderful location too! Perfect!!!

  • "My husband, myself and our two friends had a smashing holiday at Crab Cottage which is in a gorgeous area and easy for travelling around to other lovely areas."

The cottage offers home from home. Only one thing I would say is take an extra towels for showering, as they only provide one bath and one hand towel each. The cottage is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. There are places to eat in the evening but per booking is essential. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for lovely holiday and we will be back.

The cottage was spotless and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable indeed and bedrooms are large.

  • "Crab Cottage has a beautiful quiet setting in a courtyard, the only noise is from seagulls."

We took our own quilt as we like 2 tog (the quilt on the bed was very thick for the summer). For two people, the cottage was the perfect size, it would be tight for 4 adults as the sofas are very small (really could do with larger ones, there is space). It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a quick stroll to the Pub and 5 minutes if that to the harbour. Charlestown is very pretty and quaint, nice if you want a quiet location. Mevagissey and Fowey are very close and it’s only 1 hour if you want to visit Padstow or Rock on the North Coast.

  • "Every thing was lovely good quality you had everything you could need only downside was me was quilt too heavy for me and the sofa too low."

Arthritis and I have a 4 tog all year round. (This is my problem not the cottage) You cannot fault the quality of the interior, the layout, the position in Charlestown. Just wished I'd known to book the restaurants before I left home. All fully booked.

Would definitely recommend. Exactly as described on website.

  • "Lovely little cottage."

There was only 2 of us plus the dog but fine for us. The sofas were a little small and uncomfortable but everything else in the cottage was great. A small sea view from the upstairs bedroom window but the location was great. 5 minutes into Charlestown which was very dog friendly.
