The property

This lovely apartment is situated on the second floor of a select small development in the centre of the famous village of Charlestown.

This superb contemporary apartment has delightful views and is located just 10 minutes' walk to both the harbour and the beach, ideal for those wanting to enjoy the facilities in the town.

Entering into the hallway you will pass the two beautifully furnished bedrooms with the double benefiting from an en-suite shower room.

There is also another bathroom on the way through to the lovely bright and airy living room.

With a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and an extra comfy large sofa, it is perfect for cosy nights in after spending an evening on the balcony admiring the views and catching the last of the sun.

It is just a short stroll to the village of Charlestown where you will find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, bistros and pubs offering something for everybody.

The harbour will normally have a collection of old ships which are used with the harbour itself in film projects from all over the world.

Fans of the popular TV series Poldark, will no doubt find the surroundings familiar as the harbour was used extensively throughout.

Many a day will be spent in this delightful village sampling the delights of the local produce served up in the great choice of eateries, strolling around the galleries and gift shops as well as visiting the shipwreck museum.

There is also a small beach to relax on, maybe go for a swim before the short walk back to your apartment.

For touring the South coast of Cornwall and visiting the many leading attractions the County has to offer you could hardly be better situated.

A great location and a superb apartment for holidays all-year-round.
