  • "Our Holiday at Mayberry Cottage was excellent."

The cottage has very good facilities . Excellent location as we love walking . The cottage is also in a great position to be able to travel to other destinations for day trips like the Camel Trail and the Bodmin Steam Train , Pat , our host & owner of the cottage is lovely , we had a welcome cream tea waiting for us on arrival including a beautiful vase of fresh flowers . It’s not very often you get this added extra touch . The cottage is spotlessly clean. The cottage has beautiful views over open fields and paddock , were you can watch the horses , deer , birds & rabbits from the sofa . We would highly recommend this little retreat for anyone who is seeking a compete de stress and relaxing break .

  • "Very cosy comfortable cottage."

Kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet and private as on a farm at end of a track with horses in paddock behind cottage. WiFi a little unpredictable but understandable due to location. Very helpful owner Pat if you need any advice.

  • "The cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on Bodmin Moor."

It is a great vase for walking, cycling and visits in the surrounding area. Even in the 6 week school holidays we were able to find many quiet places. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a place to stay. Pat, the owner is a lovely lady and is happy to help with any questions you may have. I would highly recommend a stay in this cottage.
