The property

In the famous village of Boscastle where two rivers meet the sea, 500 yards from one of the three excellent pubs, and 600 yards from the picture postcard harbour is Potters, a thoroughly modern and stylish bungalow quietly tucked into a little no through lane.

A huge amount of thought and care has gone into creating this neat convenient home.

From the little front garden you enter into the hall - here you'll find plenty of space for coats and boots.

The smart sitting room is light and bright with glazed doors overlooking the garden and a wood burning stove.

The neat kitchen is beautifully equipped and has a dining area for four.

There are two bedrooms, both lovely spaces to retire to at the end of a busy day – a double with a kingsize bed and a twin.

They share a shower-room where you'll find a splendid roomy shower.

Outside the garden is enclosed and features a decked area with table and chairs and a pretty summer house - there's plenty of parking too.

This is a brilliant place for walkers, with cliff top paths and wooded-valleys to explore.

For sun worshippers there's a pretty low-tide sand beach at Bossiney just 2 miles away, or bigger Trebarwith Strand is ideal for surfing.

Perfect for a families and couples, Potters is the ideal spot for a Cornish holiday.
