To the left of the hallway is a marvellous sitting room, here you can relax into a selection of ample seating, including a Harris tweed sofa, a velvet sofa and a further lavish armchair, all gathered around the 55’ flat screen smart television where you can gather to watch all your favourite films, and with a drinks trolley too, it also provides the perfect place for a night cap!

Head on under the archway to discover the kitchen with a dining area, and an impressive Rangemaster cooker, you won’t have to worry about catering for the whole party here!

Take a seat at the table while the dinner simmers and open up the tri-folding doors to let in the fresh coastal breeze, or even better, open up the tri-folding doors and take your meal outside to enjoy the sun with your feet up and a glass of wine on one of the sun loungers.

The garden is truly the wonder of the dwelling, with an established olive tree at its centre and a hot tub to accommodate for all the party, you’ll find it hard to peel yourself from the property with features like this!

Up the custom-made stairs you can find the three bedrooms and an accompanying bathroom, consisting of a two king-sizes, one with an en-suite, one zip and link and a twin room also zip and link, giving maximum sleeping flexibility this property has been designed with every group in mind!

St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and is situated approximately eight miles west of Penzance. The town itself is an ancient settlement that has a strong mining history and there are several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit including the Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. St Just is ideally located for visitors to explore the far west of Cornwall as it is situated on the edge of the moors and close to the beautiful north coast. In the centre of the town is Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times, and in more recent times for the Lafrowda Festival.
