"We had a perfect stay, was a perfect hub for exploring southern Cornwall and had all the facilities for R&R including the hot tub and kitchen equipment."
James was a perfect host, was friendly enough to help with the hot tub and with any other queries. Would 100% recommend!!

"The pod was exactly as described."
The cleanliness and facilities are exactly what you require and the location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break. The added touches on arrival such as milk in the fridge, slices of cake and logs, paper and torch for setting up the hot tub were the icing on the cake. We have no hesitation in recommending this pod at all. 5 stars all round.

"Was a lovely stay very clean and we had everything we needed."
We thought it was a lot less private than it dates and the hot tub was quite troubling struggled to get it really hot and to stay hot. But it was fantastic! Would go back!

"After reading the great reviews about the Sun Rise pod in St Buryan Cornwall, my partner and I thought this would be a great stay for us both."
We were alittle disappointed that there was no welcome pack, no WiFi password, no fire lighters or newspaper to light the hot tub, but it states that there was some on the instructions how to light it. Didn't see anyone for the first few day, and then no one after that. Bathroom had an odour on arrival, whilst showering noticed water wasn't draining, so pulled out the filter and a load of hair came out, had to clean filter due to having brown grime in it, bought air freshener just to freshen the air. I'm not 1 for writing bad reviews but the shower should of been checked and cleaned before the next arrival. A welcome pack would be nice for anyone visiting.

"An absoutley wonderful place, very relaxing stunning views."
Exactly like advertised above our expetations. close to everything, just amazing. The extras that had been added were spot on definatley going to rebook for next year.

"A lovely place, nice owners, hot tub never got warm enough to really enjoy tbh, which is a shame."
Clean, warm and well appointed pod. Warm in cooler weather. First few days, continuous bird scarers from daylight till dusk. Understandable on arable farm, but perhaps let customers know, probably won't get a lie in when on - which when on holiday is a bit frustrating. Over all, a gd stay and kind help with lighting hot tub.

"Very helpful owners, gorgeous location and cabin!"
Will definitely be visiting again!

"First time staying in a shepherds hut and it was fabulous."
So cosy and snug after long days at the beach. The hot tub was amazing - love the fact that it’s all wood with no plastic in sight! My toddler stayed snug on the sofa and we took the bed - plenty of room. There’s a local farm shop close by for great food for the BBQ and it’s so close to many beaches.

"Was a great weekend break, Roger, Zara and James all looked after us very well and ensured we always had everything we needed, even little things like setting up the hot tub and offering to do it for us if we were out and about so it was ready for when we got back was very kind of them."
The property itself is great, very quiet, has beautiful views and the pod is spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would also come back again!
