The property

Resting in the heart of the village of Tintagel, home to legends and lore, is this wonderful annexe cottage, Badgers Way, providing a beautiful romantic retreat for two.

Boasting a ground-floor layout and just a short way from the coast, Badgers Way has been fabulously furnished and decorated for your next couple's coastal escape.

Discover a light and bright open-plan living space to unwind in, with all the comforts of a plush sofa, a woodburning stove and a TV to enjoy into the evening.

Dine at the table for two, with a stylish fitted kitchen home to everything you could need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Find a spacious and sparkling shower room to freshen up in, with a corner walk-in shower, basin and WC, with a heated towel rail too.

Enjoy the serene space of the bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, crisp white interiors and fresh linen, a simple and stylish dressing table and French doors opening up to the decking, illuminating the room with natural light.

Head outside to find a luscious garden, with glimpses of the sea when stood on the decking, along with sun loungers for lazy days in the sun, a barbecue to make the most of warm afternoons and evenings, and large lawned area to enjoy.

The charming village delights of Tintagel are just a short stroll away, so all you need is on your doorstep, with a handful of pubs, shops and cafés to go to, along with the quaint National Trust owned Tintagel Old Post Office dating back to the medieval 14th century.

Adding to the legend is the popular wedding venue of King Arthur's Great Halls, open to the public between March and October so you can view the Camelot themed banners and medieval style décor.

Make sure you visit the real King Arthur's castle, Tintagel Castle dominating the village and the coast, with steps leading down to Merlin's Cave and King Arthur's Statue standing atop the headland providing a perfect holiday snap moment!

Explore the South West Coast Path on foot, coming to hidden coves and rugged coastal scenery, alongside the never-ending seascapes.

Enjoy the sheltered sands of Bossiney Cove making a detour onto the headland to get a great view of The Sisters, two rocky outcrops off the coast, or head to Trebarwith Beach before ending the day with a refreshing beverage at Port William, a bar with epic sea views.

Enjoy making unforgettable memories with your other half in Cornwall at Badgers Way.

The surrounding area is dominated by the sea, rocky coves and stunning scenery. Several beaches, including nearby Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, are within easy reach and surfing is the main attraction for those who love the water. Tintagel has several pubs and restaurants and the Old Post Office (National Trust) is a must. For the energetic, the SW Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliffs and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside.
