To the other side of this cottage there is a shower room and a king-size bedroom.
The front of Otter View presents a charming little seating area with splendid countryside views for you to sit and admire with your morning coffee.
You also get the added benefit of exploring the 40 acres of land belonging to the owners.
This secluded, rural location is great for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle.
The area is rife with wildlife, with many kingfishers and otters regularly being spotted on the rivers, owls also nest in the building adjoining Otter view and can often be spotted hunting.
The nearest town comes 7 miles away, Holsworthy offers a selection of traditional shops, a Waitrose, pubs and cafés as well as a golf course, swimming pool and the glorious Pins Park for you to enjoy.
The coastal town of Bude is a short drive away, boasting all of the usual seaside entertainment as well as fantastic shopping and some incredible landmarks to see.
For those that enjoy fishing there is 2 miles of salmon and trout fishing available on the River Torridge & Waldon by prior agreement with the owners.
