"What a lovely place."
Very clean and tidy, done out to a high standard. Comfy beds, kitchen is great with quality equipment (only salt and pepper provided, so take supplies!) Lovely quiet location, peaceful village. Tea, coffee and sugar sachets provided, milk would have been nice as there is no shop.

"Had a fabulous stay at The Old Sunday School House!"
It was a great find on a last-minute holiday search. Okehampton Castle is well worth a visit, as is Lydford, National Trust Gorge and Waterfall - plus an old prison and quaint pub are located in the village. The more adventurous of us walked to Wistman's Wood (ancient woodland) on Dartmoor. Visited North Cornwall for bodyboarding and Bude for the sea pool. Thanks for the thoughtful welcome pack, they were devoured on arrival! The only thing missing that would have been useful was a pair of kitchen scissors, a very minor point as everything else was spot on. Mark, Debbie, James, Gabrielle, Lucy + Jess the dog. P.S. Found the scissors on the last day! Sorry.
