Discover the beautiful shores of Portreath Beach four miles away, home to soft, fine sand with shingle below the shore line, offering an excellent surfing spot with the harbour wall and "rocky" being popular for its "vortex" surf break!

Further south along the coast is Gwithian Towans Beach, another popular surfing spot, as well as Carbis Bay, one of Cornwall's Blue Flag Award beaches, and further still are the likes of Praa Sands with its dazzling, white sands.
