This beautiful cottage was a perfect place to explore the local area. We’ve just returned from a very relaxing and peaceful week at Woodpecker Cottage. The property was spotless and well equipped. The enclosed rear garden was an ideal safe space for our young dog who also enjoyed the freedom of the large dog field. We can’t wait to return., thanks for a lovely welcome. Diolch

Teabags and a couple of other items on arrival, which came in handy. Just remember to buy milk before. In easy reach of supermarkets and beaches that are dog friendly. Also, other dog walks. We would definitely book 'Woodpecker' again.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Very, very comfortable and upto date. We didn’t need for anything. The enclosed rear garden was ideal for the dogs and then there is also an enclosed field for letting the dogs have a run. We absolutely loved it. The owners are lovely and really helpful. We honestly cannot give a high enough rating. Look forward to seeing you again in the future. Mark, Jane and our doggies 1x Cavapoo, Alfie and 1x Zuchon, Margot.

A visit in November is bound to be a bit wet, but we had some great days out. The cottage was so warm and cosy on our return - the addition of the log burner was an extra treat. Everything was there that you would expect to find in a cottage of this quality. Bonus having a fenced outdoor space. Thanks - we and the dogs had a lovely stay Jane and Kevin

The cottage was perfect for 2 adults and 2 young labradors- plenty of room, a lovely enclosed garden and a stone's throw from the secure dog field, which was great for our early morning exercise with the dogs. We have stayed in many self catering properties throughout the UK and Woodpecker Cottage is without doubt one of the best!
