  • "The lodge was in an amazing place."

Right next to the outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. It was kitted out to an exceptional standard everything you could want was at hand. The owners have gone to extraordinary level to make this lodge perfect. We even had an issue with the hot water and after phoning the owner he came within the hour and fixed the problem, what a lovely man ! We will definitely be booking with sykes cottages in the future.

  • "Holiday was great, Lodge was wonderful and had everything you needed."

Plenty of room for the 5 people that were staying. Lovely upstairs balcony to use and great bench area for BBQ time in the grassed front. We had to shop each day as the fridge wasn’t huge for 5 people but with a large supermarket close by (7mins) and a coop petrol station (3mins) we didn’t find this an issue (small shop on site but we didn’t go in for anything so cannot comment) Booking the swimming pool was easy - reception open 9-5, having the pool was great. Brilliant contact from Sykes and the new owners. Wonderful overall.

Hi Miss Fleming, thank you for the positive review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay Property Owner
