The property

Located in an ideal setting for touring all of Cornwall and three miles from Perranporth, one of the the finest beaches in the UK, is this gloriously converted chapel.

It is set quietly amongst stunning countryside scenery, offering peace and tranquility.

Ideal for either families or couples and being dog-friendly, this is a most relaxing retreat for a real getaway, whatever time of year!

After passing through the gated entrance, you enter Beggars Roost via the reception and games room with a multi-games table offering a choice of pool, table tennis and air hockey to keep all ages entertained.

From here, you can access the sitting room, full of character with a log burner adding to the atmosphere and two reclining sofas offering supreme comfort for everybody to relax together at the end of the day.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is another social room for all to enjoy each other's company.

The utility room also acts as a room where muddy or wet dogs can cleaned down after a day out walking or on the beach.

There are three bedrooms here all with zip-and-link beds offering a choice of super king-size double or single beds.

The family bedroom with two additional beds is ideal for a family with young children whilst the mezzanine master room is extremely luxurious and spacious.

Beggars Roost offers beautiful countryside views and adjoins a historic old graveyard which acts as a haven for many forms of wildlife, which can regularly been seen.

Just a short pleasant walk away is Healeys Cyder Farm with so much to do and see especially for the children with all the farm animals.

A must here is a real Cornish cream tea to be enjoyed in the quaint tea room.

There is also a restaurant serving fresh homemade food best washed down by one of the farm's famous ciders or freshly pressed fruit juices.
