“We would have liked to have taken advantage of the discount for the Tate but the gallery told us we need to speak to someone at your office but this was not manned.”

You need to change the instructions or make different arrangements if this is something you are publicising. The house was really excellent and would recommend it. A couple of extra things in the kitchen would have been helpful. Namely:- A cafetiere or provide filter papers for the filter machine. A bread board or another chopping board would be good. Otherwise very well equipped and a comfortable and wonderful location. We enjoyed having the garden area and covered area to eat outside. Thank you
