"One of the most comfortable and incredible properties I've ever stayed in."
Listed exactly as seen, super comfortable beds, nice & clean decor (but not so clean you don't feel you can relax!) The view is to die for - a joy to wake up to and changes all the time with the different weathers and boats going by - lovely view to the left of St Ives and to the right of Godrevy lighthouse. Good well stocked kitchen with all implements and a dishwasher. Minutes to Carbis bay station with regular trains to St Ives or St Erth, previous visits to St Ives have felt more stressful due to the lack of parking so this was a brilliant location. It was a complete joy to stay here and hopefully we will be back very soon.

"Lovely property with great views of the sea, albeit, over the roofs of other apartments."
The only reason I marked it down was that the bi fold doors and balcony screen were filthy which meant you couldn’t appreciate the view. I did clean them and it made a big difference, maybe they need a word with the cleaners.
One other niggly thing there were no cleaning cloths, not a big deal as we bought some in the supermarket, but attention to detail gets you 5 stars
Location is great , easy walk into St Ives or catch the train for £1.
The hill up from the bay is very steep so if you have mobility issues it would be a problem

"The flat was clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay."
Although ground floor from carpark (just 2 internal steps in hallway) you are 3rd floor in the building and therefore have an fantastic uninterrupted view from St Ives Island right over to Godrevy Lighthouse.
The most comfortable sofa and chairs ever made it a treat and on that alone I would return!

"This property is a first class position, with lovely views, it's a shame about the height of the trees in the garden to the left but is not a problem at the moment."
We have stayed in a lot of property but the sofas are the best we have used and very comfortable, everything being on one level was a big bonus to.
Parking off road was well laid out with good space.

"Breath-taking views."
Could have sat on the couch all week watching the sea, the boats, the birds, the bats, the fireworks! But, of course, we were off exploring - the train was fabulously handy - the walk to the beach was short and good exercise coming back!
We loved the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and contemporary.

"The view makes the difference at kernows dream,fantastic!"
handy for the station at carbis bay.short walk ish to st Ives.
Most important it was pet friendly.
Unfortunately no longer, and like all in the visitors book,we are so disappointed we cannot return next year with the dog.
we are willing to pay the hike in price for 2022,nearly 70%, but it would have to include taking the dog!

"Lovely place, great views from the lounge."
Can see the sunrise from the balcony about 6.30 am. Place is very warm. Windows in main bedroom and living room needed to be permanantly open. Loved the washing machine and dryer - no washing for me when I get home. Enjoy!

Lovely view. Master bedroom very hot and no dressing table, but thats the only negative. Weather fantastic, train to St Ives very handy. Had lovely meals at the Gannet and Firehouse. Bit busy for our liking in St Ives, hopefully quieter in September when we visit again.
