The location is great for visiting all areas of Cornwall and after a day of sightseeing coming back to the Hot tub is much needed and totally appreciated. Also if you have family and friends wanting to join you, they also have an 8 bed property next door. The views were amazing, hot tub is always a welcome addition, and the cottage was well-equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and came out to greet us when we arrived. Seeing the bunnies hopping around was great. The nearby Cardinham Woods and Woods Cafe were a pleasant day out. We will definitely be looking to return to The View in the future. While you was there it looked like you was in the middle of nowhere but you was 5 mins away from bodmin and roads to take you where you would like to get too, very centralised. The lodge was to a high standard the views were amazing and a lovely hot tub to relax in. The owners were lovely, happy to answer any questions you had. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with the added bonus of its own patio area and hot tub, which was fantastic after long walks! Cardinham woods are within walking distance of the property, with easy or more difficult trails and also a very nice café. Really enjoyed our stay at the view and hopefully we will return soon for another holiday. We recommend!!
