  • "Had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage."

All mod cons including a washer/dryer which was a bonus. Having a evening meal on the balcony looking across the fields with sheep and cows was really wonderful. Huge bed was great after a day of walking. The welcome gift of goodies from Stephen and Helen was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this property

The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. A great location for both north and south coast. Fresh eggs were very much appreciated. Helen and Stephen made us feel very welcome. It was good to be able to use the field as there were no animals to let the dogs run off the lead.

  • "Langham House Cottage is amazing."

Helen and Stephen made myself, my husband and our 4 1/2 month old Labradoodle feel exceptionally welcome and we could not fault everything about the cottage or the hosts. The most fantastic location with the most outstanding views of the countryside….. Seeing Cows, Sheep, Chickens, Pheasants and an assortment of birds was delightful and sitting on the balcony eating breakfast watching the world go by (well animals) was something that you cannot imagine by just reading the write up on the cottage. We didn’t want to leave!! We never really want to visit the same place twice, simply because we have been there but we will DEFINITELY visit LHC again in the future. Probably the best staycation we have ever had !!

I booked it for the large double bed but also for the underfloor heating and the log burner. We are waiting for a new boiler to be fitted at home. Our little dog enjoyed the enclosed garden area. Maureen Hardy

Only one slight fault, the dining table, could not sit properly because of it being too low.

  • "Stunning cottage in an equally stunning location."

The owners are nice, friendly and helpful people. Our stay at the cottage was extremely comfortable as everything had been thought of the only very small downside was the chairs to the table on the balcony. We really enjoyed our evening meals on the balcony but couldn't sit for to long as the chairs became quickly uncomfortable. Please people except that as a very minor complaint as the whole experience with this cottage is amazing it's a really must try cottage. Being here is a really central place for visiting north and south coasts.

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear you had a lovely stay. We have spoken to the owners and they have advised that there are cushions located on the coffee table for the outside chairs. Property Owner

  • "The photos do not do this property justice."

What a lovely place to stay, the bed was so comfy if you do not have a great nights sleep then I dont know where you will have a better one. The bathroom is of a high standard. I would advise the owners to just check and adjust the shower doors as they were not closing as they should be and I would hate to see the lovely flooring get damaged by water from the shower. The kitchen and living room area has everything you need to have a nice relaxing breakfast or evening meal after you have been out for the day. The weather was mixed so didnt get a chance to sit outside and enjoy the view. It was very quiet which is just perfect for myself and my partner. I can not recommend this place highly enough and I would book this property again.
