    “Great cottage in beautiful surroundings”

The property

This luxuriously converted barn lies remotely on the Penwith Heritage Coast, just over two miles from the characterful Cornish town of St Just.

In an awe-inspiring coastal location, from where you can see across to the Isles of Scilly on a clear day, this Cornwall cottage proves to be the perfect getaway for families wanting a holiday of fun, exploration and adventure.

Enter Avalon Stables on ground level and be welcomed by its two tastefully decorated bedrooms.

The twin room, perfect for children, has a PlayStation and selection of games, whilst the master bedroom boasts its very own conservatory with high-quality wicker furniture to provide a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of a long day.

Both bedrooms benefit from contemporary en-suite bathrooms with the choice of a bath or separate shower.

After an unforgettable day of walking along the breathtakingly scenic South West Coastal Path which sits nearby, spend some time in the wonderful, spacious open-plan living area.

Here you can relax in true style with the Smart TV showing your favourite Netflix shows and the gas-effect woodburning stove completing this heart-warming layout.

The kitchen is beautifully furnished, offering everything that you need from an integrated cooker to an all-important wine cooler to keep your refreshments chilled.

Appreciate your surroundings by taking a seat on your private garden furniture, accompanied by picture-postcard views of the countryside.

The charming town of St Just is a short journey away, providing a fine selection of places to eat, drink and shop.

From here you can also visit the Penzance and St. Ives, both making for memorable days out with their range of amenities and activities, namely their glorious sandy beaches and picturesque harbours to be admired from one of the on-looking restaurants.

A fabulous barn conversion providing a heavenly base for a family holiday.

About the location

Penzance 7.2 miles; St Ives 12.9 miles.

St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and is situated approximately eight miles west of Penzance. The town itself is an ancient settlement that has a strong mining history and there are several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit including the Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. St Just is ideally located for visitors to explore the far west of Cornwall as it is situated on the edge of the moors and close to the beautiful north coast. In the centre of the town is Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times, and in more recent times for the Lafrowda Festival.
