The cottage

In the heart of Kingsand, a stylish four storey period townhouse with lots of lovely original features just a few minutes minute's stroll from the beach and village centre with its cafes and friendly good food pubs.

Enter on the ground floor where you'll find a spacious living room with feature fireplace and open fire and comfortable seating.

Cook up a storm in the well equipped lower ground floor kitchen, before eating at the dining area which overlook the pretty garden.

At this level there is also a useful cloakroom with WC and basin.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double with lovely views over the surrounding countryside and a twin bedded room.

These share a family bathroom.

On the top floor is a large family suite with double and single beds and its own bathroom.

You'll want to visit some of the many sandy beaches nearby, good for rock pools and ship-spotting or maybe walk this stunning stretch of the coastal path.

Nearby Mount Edgcumbe has 800 acres for you to enjoy and there's a seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth with its shops, theatre and historic waterfront.
