This luxury lodge is set on a small quiet site with far reaching views of Dartmoor National Park.

In a truly rural setting, this superb lodge with far-reaching views towards Dartmoor, makes an ideal peaceful base for exploring this picturesque part of Devon.

The lodge is extremely modern and feels fresh, immaculate and stylishly furnished throughout.

There are three steps up to the entrance where there is a useful hallway, which leads into the spacious open plan living area with patio doors opening out to the veranda.

The living room has very comfy sofas and a footstool, a freestanding TV, DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, ideal for a group of four.

This comfy lodge also has two bedrooms, including one with en-suite facilities.

Outside this lovely lodge is a decked area with furniture where you can sit and relax with a good book or take in the super view whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.

There are some enjoyable walks near the lodge, including a climb to the top of Brentor, a favourite with visitors.

Tavistock has a good range of shops and some renowned restaurants and pubs, while the slopes of Dartmoor nudge the town, making the area very popular with walkers.

National Route 27 of the National Cycle Network is just 3 miles away at Tavistock and the route takes you mainly off road all the way to Okehampton station, with some spectacular views along the way.

With National Trust properties, outstanding gardens in the area, a choice of six golf courses within 30 minutes and sandy beaches within an hour’s drive, this stunning lodge is the ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Devon.

Tavistock has an indoor pannier market, a diverse range of independent shops, an excellent choice of pubs, bistros, restaurants, a theatre and a cinema, as well as a leisure pool. This is the perfect destination for country lovers who enjoy the convenience of an interesting town on the doorstep. There is excellent walking on Dartmoor, cycling on The National Cycle Network no. 27, renowned game fishing, gardens of distinction and various National Trust properties nearby.
