Welcome package amazing, wine a good gesture even though i dont drink but i did bring this home to raffle for charity. The information in the cottage was fully understandable... • "Great location, lots of space for 4 people indoors and outside."

Kitchen well equipped. Good value but a bit basic. The double bedroom had a small uncomfortable bed with basic furniture. The house had a lot of cobwebs.

I am pleased you appreciated the space and location however I am sorry you felt the bed was uncomfortable. We replaced all the mattresses fairly recently, and often receive comments about how comfortable they are. There is a king size and a double bed as well as the two singles. I have addressed the issue of the cobwebs with the housekeepers. Property Owner

It is cozy and quiet tuck away from the main road and hustle and bustle of Penzance, yet very convenient , or should I say easy access to places where we wanted to see and visit. Would recommend to our family and friends if they are down on holiday in this part of Cornwall.

Thank you. It’s lovely that you also enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the convenience. We do too! Property Owner

  • "Pippin cottage is a lovely, spacious property that offers everything it lists on the booking site."

Clean and tidy, windows open for a nice aired feeling on arrival. Comfortable beds and sofas, a lovely conservatory with dining table - perfect for family meals. A small selection of jigsaws, games, books and beach toys was a lovely touch. Glowing reports from other guests in the visitors book. We were unable to get a good picture on the tv but this wasn't an issue for us - we were out enjoying many of the lovely places in the surrounding area most of the time. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was happy to be contacted if any problems arose. We wouldn't hesitate to return and definitely recommend it for a holiday close to local places of interest yet a little off the beaten track for a quieter feel.

  • "Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area."

Had everything we could ask for and more. We were so sad to leave . Only downfall was that the bed and pillows were too soft , but that was just for us and not a reflection on the cottage , which we loved.

We’re sorry you found the beds too soft. The mattresses are all new from last year but I’m sure you’ll understand it's obviously not easy to choose ‘one size fits all’! We’re so glad you loved the cottage though and hope you will visit us again. Property Owner

  • "Well appointed cottage with all we needed for a wonderful holiday."

Sumptuously comfortable beds, marvelous towels, brilliant lounge and big, light airy conservatory for meals and doing puzzles. Well placed for visiting Marazion, Mullion and The Lizard which was our wish list. Lovely garden. The birdsong was beautiful. Thrilled with the kitchen where we were able to cook lovely meals and scones and apple crumble. Hoping to return!

Thank you very much. So glad you loved Pippin Cottage as much as we do! Looking forward to welcoming you again soon. Lucy, Elisabeth, Iona and Clemmie Property Owner
