    “Can't fault the place.”

    Great location close to the Eden project, Heligans garden and a lovely dog friendly beach at Par. The holiday cottage is located in a nice quite location, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bright homely feel to the place with a beautiful sunny garden to relax in, if you are as lucky as were. Very thoughtful welcoming package was a nice personal touch. Quite happily book again.

No 3 The Lawn is a delightful and spacious property in St Blazey, close to the charming village of Par in Cornwall.

This detached holiday home sits within reach of the magnificent South Cornwall coast, which boasts all manner of characterful seaside villages and renowned beaches, making this a perfect spot from which to explore the area with your family.

Enter the property from the off-road parking area, and be welcomed by a neutral, airy interior, giving it a real homely feel.

The kitchen possesses all that you need to rustle up a tasty meal for the family, with the tasteful fixtures and fittings making it a superb place to do so.

The dining room sits conveniently just off of the kitchen, while the adjacent sitting room oozes charm through its exposed wooden beams, alluring fire and leather seating which help to create a soothing place to retire to after a busy day of exploring all that this area of Cornwall has to offer.

Two steps lead up to a freshly tiled family shower room, which completes the ground floor.

Head upstairs to one of three bedrooms to get some well-earned rest before the next action-packed day, here you will find a convenient cloakroom along with two double bedrooms and an additional single room, all of which have been furnished in neutral colours and with plenty of storage for your essentials.

Step outside to find two raised patio areas with furniture, one of which benefitting from being undercover so you can enjoy some alfresco dining whatever the weather.

A lawned area provides somewhere for the dogs to roam, while a storage shed at the top of the garden is perfect for storing your bikes and surfboards.

A short drive takes you into Par, an excellent base for a holiday in Cornwall with its selection of shops, pubs and eateries, as well as the beautiful Marsh Villa Gardens, not to mention the idyllic Par Sands Beach and St Austell Bay just stone's throw away.

A couple of miles west of Par is the Eden Project one of the UK's most popular attractions, home to plants and flowers from all around the world, as well as an on-site shop and café to make it a full family day out.

The attractive and bustling town of St Austell is also close by if you are looking for a wider range of places to eat, drink and shop, while the nearby coastline hosts picturesque spots such as Fowey, Polperro and Looe - all wrapped in natural beauty in their own unique ways.

Embark on an adventurous trek along the South West Coast Path, admiring breath-taking seascapes and hidden coves over to the quaint port of Charlestown, as well as other Cornish attractions including the Shipwreck Treasure Museum, the Lost Gardens Heligan, Pinetum Gardens, and Porthpean Beach.

No 3 The Lawn is a welcoming holiday home, perfectly located to use as a base during a fun-filled trip to this part of Cornwall.

Fowey 4 miles; Charlestown 4 miles; St. Austell 5 miles.

Par village is located on the South Cornwall coast offering a sandy family and dog-friendly beach (dogs allowed all year round) on St. Austell Bay. The village is only 2.5 miles away from the internationally renowned Eden Project, which can be reached on foot through the leafy green Luxulyan Valley. Between Par and the picturesque harbour of Fowey, is the Gribbin Peninsula, which has magnificent views of the surrounding coastline and makes for an excellent walk. Close to Par are many places connected to the author Daphne du Maurier, including the small cove at Polkerris which boasts the Rashleigh Arms and which takes its name from a local landowner whose house was frequented by the author. There are many attractions in the area including the China Clay Country Park, Charlestown Shipwreck Museum and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A fabulous location to explore the rich heritage and magnificent coastline of South Cornwall.
