  • "The enclosed garden did not stop our dog from escaping and the area isn’t the nicest."

However, a great cottage with lots of little extras from the owner and a good base to explore the surrounding areas. Par Sands beach is great for dog owners.

  • "We had a fabulous holiday at 3 The Lawns."

We were greeted on arrival with a very helpful welcome pack from the owners which included useful information on the area - where to visit, where to eat etc. On top of this, the owner, Tracey had baked some cupcakes that our kids absolutely adored. Tracey and Mark could not have been more welcoming and incredibly helpful. When the dishwasher stopped working, Mark had a replacement arranged and connected within a day, ensuring we were not inconvenienced. The property itself is absolutely stunning, inside and out and a great location for attractions like Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and beautiful towns like Fowey, Looe and Charlestown We can highly recommend staying at this lovely cottage and we certainly intend to do so again in the future

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The property is beautiful. It’s immaculate. Thank you to Tracy for leaving us cupcakes and a card amongst other items. We couldn’t have felt more at welcome. What a wonderful time we had. We highly recommend this property.

  • "Can't fault the place."

Great location close to the Eden project, Heligans garden and a lovely dog friendly beach at Par. The holiday cottage is located in a nice quite location, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bright homely feel to the place with a beautiful sunny garden to relax in, if you are as lucky as were. Very thoughtful welcoming package was a nice personal touch. Quite happily book again.

  • "The house is lovely, a fabulous find."

! It has lovely rooms, with lots of equipment in the kitchen, so do not want for anything. The little finishing touches, make it a real home from home, and very comfortable. It has a fabulous covered seating area outside, which is great for al fresco dining. The cottage style garden is a delight. It was lovely to receive welcome cupcakes, bacon, sausages, eggs and milk, from the owner Tracie, who is always on hand if you need anything. If you have a celebration whilst you are away and need a cake, Tracie makes her own, she has her own website and they are amazing, can recommend the salted caramel sponge.! The house is in a great location for getting out and about. Par beach is dog friendly and only a couple of miles away so a short drive. Carlyon Bay, Fowey, Mevagissey, Charlestown Harbour , Polkerris beach are only a short drive and well worth a visit. Welcome Home Inn in Par is great for Sunday roast, and Eadies Kitchen in Carlyon Bay (not on the bay itself) is lovely. We had a fabulous week at the house and would definitely recommend the property and would not hesitate in returning..... Thank you Tracie for making our stay special.
