  • "Lovely house but not clean on arrival."

Floors had not been mopped/cleaned downstairs skirting boards thick with dust cobwebs everywhere particularly in the light shades in the kitchen. Doors and walls covered in marks/spills and needing a fresh coat of paint. The hot tub was also "scummy " so therefore wasn't used.

I have raised your feedback with our housekeeping team, and everything noted will be dealt with. As you were the first guests of 2024 and coming out of low season it’s clear the housekeeping team missed some dust/cobwebs. We will also review what areas require a coat of paint now that the property is 2+ years old. The hot tub was drained, cleaned and appropriate chemicals applied. The housekeeping team also popped back mid-week to check the water quality and hadn't reported anything. In addition, we we hadn’t received any complaint during your stay otherwise we would have responded accordingly.. Thank you for your feedback. Property Owner
