  • "Fabulous holiday property, everything you need is here."

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Did struggle a little getting in and out of shower as nothing to hold on to, property is situated in a quiet estate 5 mins walk from village and two lovely pubs and The Jam Jar pizza place. Good stroll to the beach but so worth it and found a shirt cut to Cornishman pub on way back up the hill. We really had a great time here even with unpredictable weather, will definitely book again and would recommend to others. Thankyou for letting us stay

Great to hear that you had a good time and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Please do come and visit us again, Cornwall is full of hidden gems to discover. Kind regards Sylvia and Mark Property Owner

  • "A modern and clean two-bedroomed house."

Lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Easy walk (through estate) to the village and beach. Only one thing missing - coat hooks in the hallway. A great location to visit other attractions - never drove more than about 35mins. Great area for beaches and walking as well as National Trust properties, tin mines and the Eden Project.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide the feedback and we are happy to see you have visited many locations during your stay. Thank you for your comments regarding the coat hooks in the hallway. We have considered this however as the walls in the halls are internal walls (plasterboard) we were reluctant to put up coat hooks as concerned the walls would not carry the weight of heavy coats. We have supplied wooden hangers in the triple wardrobe (the single wardrobe area) in the double bedroom which can be used for coats etc. and will be separate from day-to-day clothing. This is something we will certainly give more thought to and once again thanks for bring this to our attention. Kind regards, Sylvia and Mark Watkins Property Owner

  • "Beautiful property in a great location."

It's set in a lovely village, with beach within walking distance. There's a park opposite which was a great place for my daughter to play in the evening and the bus stop is really close which is great for exploring cornwall without relying on the car or paying car parking fees. The property itself is like home from home and provided our every need.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We are so very glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back again in the future. Kindest regards Sylvia and Mark Watkins Property Owner
