About the property

This spacious, modern, four-storey townhouse is just 300 yards from Bude's magnificent, golden sandy Crooklets beach and the coast path.

Set quietly in an enclave of four properties a short stroll from the shops, restaurants, cafes and golf course, this neat, stylish and contemporary property enjoys panoramic views to the sea over the downs and a few rooftops in this family friendly seaside town.

Entrance from forecourt to hall and play den, packed with games, toys, table football, PlayStation 3 and comfy bean bags.

A haven for assorted youngsters.

There's also a utility room and big shower room on the ground floor.

Up on the first floor a big open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to the neat enclosed garden.

On the next floor two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and lovely views and a twin.

Up on the top floor two more bedrooms, both with balustrades and lovely, sea views.

A double with en suite shower room enjoying the best views of all, and a twin and family bathroom.

Outside is a neat enclosed garden with picnic bench for enjoying morning coffee or a refreshing sundowner after a day of seaside fun.

All of the town's shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, tennis courts, golf and riding, as well as the two magnificent sand/surf beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets, are an easy walk away.

This is a very convenient base for exploring marvellous towns and villages such as nearby Tintagel and Boscastle or enjoying the great walking along this stunning stretch of the north Cornish coastline, but there again, you may never want to leave those fabulous beaches just a stroll away.

About the location

Tintagel 17 miles.

Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone, great beaches for relaxing, and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafes to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round, and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the North Cornwall coastal path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and Heritage Centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and excellent Information Centre. Within a short drive are the remains of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury, from where panoramic views can be seen. For days out, take the coast road north to see the lonely lighthouse above the sea at Hartland Point or walk or ride a donkey down the steep and cobbled village street (no cars allowed) of beautiful Clovelly to the harbour and the pub far below. Follow the coast in the other direction and there's the little cove of Crackington Haven, Boscastle, King Arthur's castle at Tintagel, Doc Martin's Port Wenn at Port Isaac and yet more great surfing beaches at Polzeath.
