The Bolitho Barton Holiday Cottages

The Bolitho Barton Holiday Cottages consist of a remarkable collection of five former farm buildings resting amongst the rolling countryside of Black Rock, in the desirable county of Cornwall. This charming group of converted barn buildings each offer a sociable open-plan layout, traditionally-decorated with apex ceilings, exposed wooden beams and original stonework, making a lovely base for groups of friends and families alike seeking a rural retreat. The village of Praze-an-Beeble rests a short distance away, where you can find a handful of local amenities for those evenings where you don't fancy doing the cooking, whilst the nearby attractions of East Pool Mine, preserved by the National Trust, Stithians Lake Watersports Centre and Helston's heritage railway provide entertainment for all ages. For a costal adventure, journey north to the village of Portreath, where you can spend lazy afternoons lounging amongst the glorious sands of the beach, or soaking in the sights on foot by following the South West Coast Path to the picture-perfect valley of the Carvannel Downs. To explore more of this scenic county, Redruth, Penryn and St Ives are all within easy reach, each packed full of adventure worth exploring. Add a touch of character to your Cornish staycation with a retreat to The Piggery Barn Conversions.
