  • "A real gem."

Lovely peaceful location yet well placed for exploring North Cornwall. Sandymouth Bay is a must if you have a dog as well as the beach at Padstow and Rock. Spotlessly clean accommodation and lovely attention to detail from bathrobes and slippers for the humans to special towels, throws and treats for our four legged friend. Great communication with the owners. We had a fabulous week.

  • "Just returned from a week at Inny Brook Cottage."

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were very lucky with the weather and able to make the most of our time there. The owners were extremely helpful offering information on restaurants and dog friendly beaches. The dog wash was also very useful for washing down our Labrador after beech visits. The only downside is that the cottage is very compact, particularly the kitchen area. It is extremely well equipped however and we did have a great holiday!

Thank you kindly for your review. The cottage kitchen houses a large fan oven, full ceramic hob, 3/4 fridge and freezer, for added and extra space compared to all other cottages we have even moved the washing machine to the outdoor store where there is another fridge freezer for more food or an outdoor wine and drinks fridge for garden use. With a microwave, nespresso, slow cooker, toaster, kettle & 9 cupboards for plenty of room for food and storage the kitchen is a great size for a holiday cottage and as the cottage is a 1 bed the pictures and descriptions are accurate and a perfect holiday get away. This is the best holiday home we have ever stayed in where we were allowed to bring our 3 Labradors. Tastefully designed, spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard with a beautiful secure garden overlooking a little brook and lovely countryside. Perfect location. The owners Terence and Adrian could not have been more welcoming, trust me you will not want to leave. Val Flanagan

  • "We absolutely couldn't fault this place."

We had a week here for our honeymoon to explore Cornwall with our dog and we couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves. The owners are great, really helpful and very accommodating. There was no signs of previous pets being there (me and my wife are allergic to short hair dogs but had no issues). You can tell the owners care as much about the humans as they do your pets:) but you could have an equally great stay there without a dog. It's in a great location to go off exploring, and we couldn't wait to get back and relax each night. We'd have stayed longer if we could, and I'm sure if whenever we next go back to Cornwall, this is the first place we'd think about booking.

  • "Inny Brook Cottage is the perfect getaway."

The owners have thought about everything! The cottage was immaculate, and the owners have meticulous attention to detail, from a dog hamper on arrival, to water put by the bedside. The cottage & its garden is gorgeous with many a night sat by the firepit, and although it has neighbours either side, the way the garden has been designed it feels so secluded. We even had calfs from the neighbouring field greeting us on arrival! Its location is perfect, with only a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac & Rock. The owner was lovely, informative & so helpful. We would definitely recommend this cottage & we will definitely return!

The cottage is beautifully decorated with bespoke detail and thoughtfulness gone into all aspects, it is set in a superb location for seeing all of Cornwall with ease. The garden was truly magical, I could sit and listen to the water and watch the birds all day, it was so relaxing and peaceful (and could even stick the heater on in the Riverside nook if it was too cold, bliss!). We genuinely didn't want to leave and asked to extend our stay, we loved it so much! Will definitely be returning, it's not often you find a hidden gem like this, a truly 5 star luxury feel, in a great location and without an obscene price tag. Thank you so much Inny Brook cottage and to Adrian and Terence for making our holiday so enjoyable.

The "Real" log fire made a warm welcome back to our cosy cottage after days exploring the wild and windy cornish coastline. The little enclosed garden backing onto Inny Brook was delightful - in better weather we could have made better use of the barbeque, fire pit and 'Otter Lodge', all in all a wonderful base for our Cornish break.
