  • "Perfectly positioned cottage to enjoy Padstow which is a 10mins walk away We found access to the cottage difficult to find initially and we felt the number 49 on the back gate could be made more obvious ."

we also found there was a neighbour who blocked access to the rear gate on both days by his inconsiderate parking In saying that The property itself was very comfortable and very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to add the carpets needed changing as they were very stained downstairs - its the only thing we could fault and It wouldn't stop us from going again !

  • "Lovely property in a great location close to all amenities, large tescos a short walk away and padstow approximately 15 minute walk in the opposite direction."

The property had all the facilities we needed during our stay. Lots of information received from the host prior to arrival which came in useful. The only negative I had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was lumpy and affected our quality of sleep.

Very clean cottage which is very well equipped in all areas eg. Eating in, very well equipped kitchen or barbeque in the garden, laundry, great bathroom including jacuzzi bath. Would not hesitate to recommend this property, just spent a week there in August and hope to return soon ☺️

Due to the popularity of Padstow there is insufficient parking down by the harbour. There is a park and ride near to Tesco.

We were able to leave the car at the house and walk the coast path to beautiful beaches, finding nice cafes and pubs along the way. It's in a quiet spot but the centre of Padstow is in easy walking distance. A great find for us and having seven days of glorious sunshine meant we had a fantastic holiday.

A great base in Padstow. The property does require a fan inside the property especially in the hot weather we experienced. Also we were unable to sit out until late evening as there was no parasol, to really benefit the holiday home this is a must in their garden.
