“Very comfortable, well positioned, close to Padstow, food shop and beech; no need for car which was great.”

The property

Tucked away on a lovely residential street is this cosy terrace, resting in the chocolate-box fishing town of Padstow.

With three beautifully presented bedrooms decorated in coastal colours, this homely cottage is ideal for a small family of four looking to get away and discover all that the wonderful area has to offer.

A spacious open-plan living area entices you through the door, sweeping elegantly across to the spiral staircase, where the bedrooms and bathroom rest peacefully on the first floor.

An amply equipped kitchen rests adjacent to the pleasant sitting room, where you can snuggle up on the sofa or recline in one of the armchairs and really relax into your holiday.

The dining table enjoys an airy space in which you can enjoy your delicious home-cooked meals or perhaps play some board games together - quality time well spent of an evening.

Enjoy the pleasantries of outside, choosing from the front or rear garden, both are enclosed with delightful sitting areas on which you can take in the Cornish surroundings with a drink in hand.

This lovely situation provides excellent opportunities for walking and cycling with the Camel Cycle Trail and South West Coastal Path nearby.

Discover the delights of the colourful harbour along the front with a fabulous assortment of pubs, shops and eateries to indulge you senses.
