“Couldn’t really fault this 5* establishment - from the excellent lodge to the lovely grounds of the park.”

The location is secure, quiet and well maintained (the dedication of the grounds staff was clear to see as we noted someone trimming the hedge even in a torrential downpour!) 7 Farraway Fields is a lovely, modern lodge, the perfect getaway and cure to any lockdown/cancelled holiday blues. Think they may have put a slightly different description though as it actually has 3 bedrooms (two twins and a double) and is spacious with everything you need for an easy stay. The kitchen is well kitted out and also has a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. Only things were the frying pan could be better and there wasn’t a clothes horse but minor details. Excellent wi-fi and a good-sized smart tv were appreciated. The beds were comfortable and showers worked well with enough towels and robes. It felt very clean and we didn’t have any Covid worries but would say take some disinfectant wipes/spray if you want extra reassurance. Someone came to check the hot tub everyday and it was the perfect end to a day out exploring Cornwall, relaxing in the large hot tub. Especially so after a stressful few months - would thoroughly recommend to anyone! The park has been thoughtfully designed with lots of trees, shrubs and a stream running through it (alongside No 7!) which added to the lovely feel of the place. As you can see, I’m sold and would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely stay :-)
