The property

Boscoppa 1.2 miles.

Carrying traditional features of a typical Cornish cottage, this delightful end-terrace property composes both the old with the new, with a stone front and a neutral and attractive interior, it’s the perfect combination to create a lavish setting for you to relax in.

Found in the village of Port of Charlestown, you can find this property surrounded by plenty of amenities for all ages, not forgetting the coast just a short walk away for hours of beachside fun.

Enter the turquoise door to be greeted by a spacious sitting room which is fashionably furnished with a woodburning stove at the centre as well as ample seating including a dining table, ensuring that there’s no better place to unwind in the evenings.

Head through to the kitchen where you can find an array of amenities to assist you with any home cooking if you feel like spending some quality time in the cottage, where it even provides you with a breakfast bar where you can sit with your morning coffee and check for fun-filled local attractions.

Traditional of Cornish cottages, this property too withholds a downstairs bathroom, spacious and simple, it provides everything you could need after a sandy beach day.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, including two king size bedrooms and a single, the perfect hierarchy for a small family.

With a seaside theme running throughout the house, it’s no surprise that the bedrooms are also thoughtfully decorated, including charming photographs and ornaments to remind you where you are; surrounded by tall ships and the harbour of Charlestown, used for filming the famous British drama ‘Poldark’, just a short level walk away is the port itself, it’s the perfect example of why Charleston is the ideal location to spend your holiday.

The back garden is a great place to spend your summer evenings, fit with furniture, huddle round and exchange laughter with your loved ones.

Although the village is small, that’s not to say that it doesn’t host an array of wonderful amenities, including restaurants, pubs, and great cafés, not forgetting coastal walks to relieve you from too many Cornish cakes!

Charlestown is surrounded by lots of great tourist spots, from the Eden Project to The Lost Gardens Heligan, there’s definitely lots to explore, not forgetting the villages own Shipwreck and Heritage Centre.
