  • "Superb week at Creekside, very comfortable flat with lovely views."

Great location and flat has everything you need in the kitchen ( tea towels, washup liquid etc,) hairdryer, laundry facilities, umbrella etc. Just bring your food! The complimentary cream tea and milk are a lovely touch & Jenny is a lovely, friendly host always available on a text if you need anything. Would definitely recommend this property for 2 or 3 people.

  • "What an amazing property, clean, comfortable and airy with stunning views Everything you could possibly need, home from home."

The property is central to Looe and there is a lovely walk close by through woods along the river. We will most certainly be back There was only one set of keys to the property which made it a bit difficult when my partner and I went out to separate places but this is just a tiny criticism. A fabulous holiday, thank you

  • "A really lovely stay at the Creekside."

Had friendly communication with the owner prior to the stay so we knew exactly how to access the property when we got there. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and more! The beds were comfortable, the bedding good quality. The bathroom was immaculate. The gates made it feel very secure even with lots of holidaymakers about. The location was also fab. The views over the Mill Pool were lovely and it was so relaxing to sit looking out of the balcony windows. The apartment is right in the middle of Looe so perfectly located for exploring both sides of the river and beyond. It was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The property

A wonderful two-level apartment situated in the heart of Looe, only a stone's throw from the beach, with views leaning out towards the estuary and beyond.

Perfect for couples or a group of friends, this peaceful hideaway is a lovely spot to be at one with the scenery, without having to leave the comfort of the cottage.

Enter the complex and climb a stairway to be welcomed by two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom.

The double bedroom offers wonderful views over the calming estuary.

Whether you are cosying up for a good nights sleep, or waking up to the stylish interior, this is a nice place to relax.

Take the stairs to the next floor to arrive at the spacious open-plan formation, benefiting from all-round underfloor heating.

Divided into a cosy lounge with an L-shaped sofa, mismatched colours, and a dining table seating up to four people.

A beautiful kitchen borders the back of the room, complete with a breakfast bar for those early morning cups of tea.

Enjoy some well-earned relaxation whilst taking in the delightful backdrop of Looe.

East Looe has narrow cobbled streets, twisting alleyways and plenty of tourist shops, whilst West Looe has an outlook across the harbour.

Looe’s viewpoint, Banjo Pier, can be reached from the quay and is a great spot to watch across the bay to Looe Island, which can be walked to occasionally at very low tides.

A unique apartment in a much desired part of Cornwall.

About the location

Liskeard 9 miles.

Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. You can also catch the river taxi between East and West Looe. East Looe has narrow cobbled streets, twisting alleyways and plenty of tourist shops, whilst West Looe has a lovely outlook across the harbour. Looe’s viewpoint, Banjo Pier, can be reached from the quay and is a great spot to watch the returning fishing trawlers and look across the bay to Looe Island, which can be walked to occasionally at very low tides. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. There is also a great rock pool area at Hannafore that children will love. West Looe has a Heritage Centre that recently opened in the Old Sardine Factory with a climbing wall and a cafe and the delightful Kilminorth Woods have way marked walks through the majestic oak wood, rich in plant, insect and bird life. Apart from beach activities in this part of south east Cornwall, there are many mining remains on Bodmin Moor and in the Tamar Valley and much of the mining landscape has World Heritage status. This area of Cornwall has inspired writers, such as Daphne du Maurier and much of Bodmin Moor has inspired legends linked with King Arthur. There is much to explore in this beautiful part of Cornwall.
