The property

Tewennow Cottage is positioned beautifully next to the sand dunes, it is hidden away along a small scenic lane in the quaint hamlet of Ellenglaze.

Positioned in the countryside, it is an ideal location for a couple to get away from a busy lifestyle and enjoy the magic that Cornwall has to offer.

As soon as you enter the cottage you should feel immediately at home, with a welcoming environment.

The exposed beams and the sash windows within the thick whitewashed walls give it that extra charm.

The property has an extremely comfortable interior and is arranged with a sitting room/diner as well as a kitchen on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which contains a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The cottage is laid out with a garden at the rear with a split-level patio which can serve as a delightful sun-trap in the best of weather, which can be a perfect place to dine with your partner with a glass of wine.

There is a convenience store located a short walk away or a longer hike will take you to the Smugglers Den, which is a popular pub/restaurant with a wide selection of local ales and hearty meals.

For anyone looking for that little bit extra the golden beach and rugged coastal footpath along with the 18-hole links golf course at Holywell Bay (which was voted as the fourth best view in the country) are all within close walking distance.

Tewennow Cottage is blessed with being closely located to some of the best beaches in the county and these being the centre for surfers and watersports enthusiasts, it is only two miles from Crantock beach, 5 miles from Newquay and 8 miles to Perranporth, Tewennow is the perfect romantic destination all year round.
