The property

Situated on the prestigious Packet Quays development in Falmouth, you are never too far from the town's old harbour-side pubs, art gallery and National Maritime Museum, definitely worthy of a visit.

With fabulous sea views and a spacious interior, Port View welcomes the outside in, decorated in calming blue tones to reflect the magnificent location which begins on the doorstep.

The open-plan layout is home to sumptuous brown sofas, where you can simply relax away from it all, and a modern dining table is tucked into the corner of the room, seating up to four people.

Even better, a set of arm chairs lie by the window, so you can sip a warm cup of tea while looking out over the dreamy clear waters.

The kitchen comes wonderfully equipped, a homely place to prepare those delicious meals each day, whilst the utility area provides those extras you may need.

For a peaceful night's sleep, choose from two bedrooms, each almost mirror the other in design, and are lovingly accessorised, with light blues and greys for a coastal effect.

The master suite boasts its own shower room, perfectly matching the family bathroom, where you can just as easily unwind come evening, or get ready in the early hours.

Pendennis Castle is the villages main attraction, and across from Falmouth Harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by rocky coves, sandy beaches and green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula.

Visit by car or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth, whichever you desire.

For nature lovers there is also the Swanpool Nature Reserve, with a variety of wildlife, to keep all guests entertained.
