  • "The flat wouldn't be suitable for people with any mobility issues."

Although the property is very central, the walk to the shops and back is quite a challenge because of the gradients.

  • "A very nice well equipped property , better equipped with tea towels , tea coffee etc than the Sykes general description would lead you to believe ."

Good views and easy access to the town via the 111 " Jacob's ladder steps though a bit challenging at 78 yrs. Bathroom fan is very noisy and could disturb neighbours - Heated towel rail does not appear to work.. A leaving time at 9;30 /10;00 would be more reasonable than 9;00 am

  • "We loved this lovely apartment with its amazing River views."

I definitely agree with the other reviews too. We really loved Falmouth, the walks and lovely pubs, especially ‘The Front’. This building is at the top of a lot of steps from town though. It’s very open plan too but the blackout curtains everywhere helped. Loved the decor which was fab. The balcony had incredible views. Very suitable for a couple but not a toddler.

  • "We were disappointed in that there was no door between bedroom and living room, this is not stated in the description or indicated in the photos."

Made it difficult when one couldn't sleep and ended up sat in the kitchen so lights didn't disturb the other. The television is in a really weird position on the wall and quite far away from one sofa, yes we could have move them but that's not what we usually do in properties. A blind would be nice in the bathroom even though there is privacy glass this is not sufficient at night time, the bathroom is also quite small. You can hear noise from flat above. We had no idea Falmouth was a student town, the noise on Saturday and the following Friday was sleep disturbing. It might be central to everything but we would not book this property again, we didn't think it was value for money.

  • "Excellent apartment with views of the river from the balcony."

Good parking. Convenient access to the town centre via Jacobs Ladder, 111 steep steps to keep you fit! We would have liked to have booked again for next year but the prices are much higher, so sadly we will be unable to return.

  • "Great location in Falmouth with easy walking access to the town and river front (although lots of steps/ hills)."

Lovely view of the river sitting on the balcony, spacious 1st floor apartment for 2 with parking space outside. Would definitely recommend!

  • "Excellent property, stunning view overlooking the Carrick Roads, shame weather wasn't better but that's beyond our control."

    Warm and comfortable.

  • "A well presented modern flat with fantastic balcony view of the harbour."

Very near to the centre of Falmouth with a wide selection of pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Some steep climbs in and out of town but good for working off meals! Great to have parking right by the front door. Good comfy bed!
