The property is clean and newly refurbished. Very conveniently situated for Falmouth centre with parking at the rear. Wi-fi, TV and all the appliances we needed

  • "A really comfortable and welcoming holiday home with so many tasteful and beautiful touches."

The location is really convenient for main town, the pier for ferry crossings plus a gentle, easy stroll for a morning dog walk to Gylly beach. Handy to have an off road car parking space and happy to leave it there and be able to just walk. Everything you could possibly need for a fun and interesting holiday

  • "Seagulls Retreat was a delight."

Conveniently placed; scrupulously clean; well equipped; and very homely. We enjoyed the patio, and appreciated the opportunity to park 'off road'. The Spar supermarket around the corner was a godsend! I note that our hosts responded to the requests for a Microwave and Smart TV, our only addition would be a corkscrew!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it strongly.

We arrived very early hours of the morning found the back of the property first couldn't find the key box we then released that it must be around the front it would be useful if there was a note on the back door to say that the key is at the front of the property and how to get there

Hello, I do apologise. I have provided clear instructions with the company, but will ask this to be reiterated and highlighted in the instructions for future guests . I do hope you enjoyed your stay. Kind regards Property Owner

  • "We had a really nice stay at Seagulls Retreat, just a thought, a radio in the kitchen would be good, also perhaps a smart tv instead of a DVD player, I'm not sure people play DVD's anymore, with Netflix, Prime available."

Hi Thankyou for your feedback. we have made the decision to not put a radio in the kitchen in order to keep noise to a level where it wouldn’t impact the neighbours - should it be on while at patio doors are open. In relation to the tv, getting a smart tv is something I will definitely consider in future months and whether it would be of further benefit, but hope the dvds were satisfactory in the meantime. Kind regards Property Owner

  • "This was better than I expected and I was surprised by the small essentials that were provided; coffee machine and capsules, soaps and kitchen utensils."

Only thing missing was a microwave. We enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again in the future.

Hi Thankyou so much for your feedback. We have now purchased a microwave to benefit future guests. kind regards Property Owner
