Easily accessed just off the A38, 3 miles from the historic town of Bodmin and 11 miles inland from the wonderful yachting town of Fowey, Annies Cottage is situated on a working farm in a small hamlet where peace and quiet is guaranteed throughout the year.
You approach the cottage down an unmade road passing over a small railway bridge and the delightful halt where steam engines pass through on the Bodmin and Wenford railway.
Just 100 yards further and you will reach the cottage where your eyes will be taken to the stunning unspoilt far reaching countryside views.
You will enter the cottage into the impressive open plan living room with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and sitting areas with a woodburner, most welcoming after a days walking in the cooler months.
From here via the large bifold doors you can access the patio area, a great place to relax at the end of the day.
Dog owners will welcome the 3 acre field available just 2 mins walk away and walkers will be delighted that the footpath leading you to Cardinham Woods runs very close to the cottage.
At the woods which has many miles of off road cyle tracks and walking trails bikes can be hired and a trip here is highly recommended.
