“The cottage was exactly what we were looking for great location and great views.”
“Views were spectacular, because of location and how hard it was to bring all luggage it would have been nice to have a pint of milk in fridge .”
This was the first time nothing was left for us as a welcome somewhat of a disappointment.all guests must pack light and be aware of long walk from car park and be able bodied.
“This is the third time we have stayed at Selvecia and we absolutely love it there.”
The accommodation is comfortable and very clean. The views are breath taking and the beach is beautiful. The hike up and down is challenging but so worth it. I cry every time I leave , a year is such a long time to wait - roll on 2019 !!!
“The cottage was clean and tidy.”
It had a very good view of the sea. But the description of 80 yds to the cottage was wrong and misleading. The track down was more like 150 yds and very steep in places. You would not want to tackle the walk more than once a day, unless you had your pack animal with you.

About the location
Torpoint 5 miles.
Set in a bowl of hills at the head of a tidal creek that leads to the Hamoaze, opposite the great naval city of Plymouth, Millbrook is located on the Rame Peninsula, "Cornwall's Forgotten Corner". Bounded by the Lynher and Tamar rivers, the Hamoaze and the sea, the area is deeply rural and designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a good range of shops and pubs, while close by are the pretty coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, from which a ferry will take you to Plymouth. Along the southern edges of the peninsula are miles of beautiful walks with glorious views of Rame Head. Just a mile south of Millbrook lies Whitsand Bay with its miles of uncrowded sandy RNLI patrolled beach and dramatic cliffs. A superb base for discovering the wild side of Cornwall.
Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.
