The property

14 St. Georges Road is an idyllic coastal cottage based in Newquay, Cornwall.

The interior of the property boasts an extraordinary open-plan living space, with a cosy sitting room featuring sofas stretching across one wall and facing the wall-mounted flat screen TV.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing evening while keeping up to date with your favourite shows.

There is an additional sitting room with a TV, a great place to sit and have some quiet time while reading a good book.

The kitchen has been fitted with high-quality white units and sleek granite worktops, with an attractive green wall, giving the room a splash of colour.

It is integrated with a range of appliances so you can prepare a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family, which you can enjoy at the dining room table which seats ten people and offers lovely views of the garden.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms: two king size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms,two further king size bedrooms and a second floor super king-size double.

The first floor has a separate modern bathroom with a freestanding bath.

Relax and have a luxurious soak in the tub with a glass of wine and a good book to wash off the tiring events of the day.

Outside has a large decking area with furniture provided.

In the summer, take a snack or a refreshing drink out here and simply let the astounding coastal scenery soak in.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
