  • "The property was everything we were looking for and more."

It was well equipped and very clean. Terry was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

  • "We have just returned home for an amazing week in the stunning Hybadore Coach House."

This house is unreal, We travelled with the family including two young children and the house catered for us all. Plenty of room and space for us all to spend time together or have our own time if we needed to chill out. I have never been in accommodation where the kitchen is so well equipped. Terry the owner is a brilliant host. He was always on hand if we had any question or just to offer us advise. The property also has cottages on site so if you needed more space you could rent these extra. Hopefully we will get back to Hybadore in the near future! We Definitely recommend it!

  • "Fantastic house in a beautiful location."

Plenty of places to visit nearby . The hosts were lovely and always nearby if we needed help with anything and gave us plenty of information on the local area. The house itself was amazing. Very spacious and really well equipped especially the kitchen. We loved the upstairs living area with so much space to relax in. The pool table was an added bonus. We had 2 dogs with us and they had plenty of space in the paddock to run around in. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to return.

Fabulous views from the top field and top terrace. Quiet and peaceful setting. Golant is in easy walking distance if you don’t mind steep hills!

  • "Hybadore Coach House, what a great find, really enjoyed the stay, great location, not far from anywhere, the lovely beach at Par, the quiet riverside at Golant, and the picturesque harbour of Fowey."

The Fisherman Pub at Golant very accommodating, producing some lovely homemade Pizzas as the kitchen was closing! The house was large enough to accommodate the 11 of us with ease, such a shame we never got to use all the space, the lovely veranda and different outside spaces for eating. The week went far to quickly.......... 2 weeks next time ! Terry was accommodating, nothing a problem! Thanks Les & Family.

  • "The different levels access to garden was a problem with small children you couldn’t let them in the garden and watch them from the house and the bedroom set up you had to access bedrooms through other bedrooms."

Although lots of TVs you had to watch the same program due to 1 sky box when there’s 12 people you want to watch different things. Would have liked a hot tub or pool in garden. Excellent location and lots of local information from the owners.

Ages from 6 up to 19years. fantastic place, location great in the most fabulous grounds, so well looked after vast, so lots of space for everyone. It exceeds expectations, the games room was fab as the kids (all 9 of them were entertained on the pool table in the evening leaving the rest of us to chill ! The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything...and we cooked a roast dinner and had every utensil needed. Spotlessly clean, bedrooms big, showers/bathrooms lovely...massive fridge...I could go on, but I won't. You will not be disappointed if you book this place .....if you are...there is no pleasing you!!

  • "Our stay in Hybadore house was one of the best family holidays we've ever had."

The house is magnificent. It very comfortably accommodated our large family with beautifully proportioned rooms, very tastefully furnished. Each room was a joy to be in and the large upstairs sitting room was perfect for our Christmas gatherings around the fire. The kitchen is a wonderful room to be in - large and very homely, where 19 of us gathered comfortably for meals (7 were children). We all loved our stay at Hybadore - large, light and airy rooms, with such a comfortable homely feel. The photographs do not do it justice. It was perfect. The beautiful grounds, nearby walks and local beaches just added to the magic of a wonderful weeks stay in this lovely house. Our thanks to Terry and Sarah Jane for making us feel so very welcome.

  • "Wonderful hosts - helpful, accessible and friendly."

Easy to find great location. Well located for Fowey, the beaches of St Austell bay and the Eden project. Plenty of parking. Plenty to see and do at the property - they make cider and other drinks from the apple orchard on site. Very comfy beds and furnishings. Well appointed kitchen and washing machines/ dryers. In short, a great venue for a large gathering or family reunion.

More 13 amp plug sockets would have made life easier! A minor point! In all other respects this was an ideal choice for our mixed party of 10 - 2 grandparents and 2 families of 4.

Hybadore Coach House was ideal for us as a family consisting of 6 adults and five children between 2 and 7. The accomodation far exceeded our expectations in every way! The bedrooms are all large and furnished to a high standard as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is big and has every implement imaginable. the huge upstairs area and patio are brilliant for relaxing, especially in the evening when the children are in bed. The outdoor grounds are wonderful for exploring! Terry and Sarah Jane could not have been more hospitable and welcoming. All in the accomodation contributed greatly to us having a wonderful and memorable family holiday.

  • "We had a lovely week at Hybadore Coach House."

It was perfect for our large family group, ranging in age from 12 to 76, with plenty of room to spend time together or to find a bit of peace and quiet when needed! The large lounge was a great space for us all to be together, whilst doing different things. We made good use of the pool table and the great TV and sound system was fab for watching a film in the evening. The weather meant that we couldn't make full use of the lovely balcony, however the beautiful grounds and surrounding fields were perfect for walking the dogs straight from the front door. We have stayed in many different houses over the years together. We found Hybadore Coach House was the best equipped so far, with some lovely extra touches in the kitchen, such as the fully stocked coffee maker and the lovely welcome basket on our arrival. We would also recommend buying some of the cider made on the premises. Perfect for the end of a long day after walking up the steep steps from Fowey! Thank you for such a warm welcome, you made us feel very at home in your lovely house!
