The property

Located right in the heart of the much-loved Cornish village of St Agnes, this welcoming apartment sits just above the owner’s gift shop – an ideal position close to the village shops and olde worlde inns.

Overlooking the town square, Off Square has many lovely features including original floorboards, beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace.

With modern country-chic décor and comfortable furnishings, the sitting/dining room is the hub of the property, with an attractive coal-effect fire and calming neutral tones.

From here, many hours can be spent watching the world go by below.

The farmhouse-style kitchen is beautifully presented in cream, with everything you could need to prepare the family dinner.

Two calming bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation.

The village of St Agnes has a lovely welcoming community and there is always something happening, from carnivals and belly boarding championships to the annual Bolster festival in April.

The village shops, inns, restaurants are all within walking distance – with everything you could possibly need: a butcher’s, a bakery, two greengrocers, a pharmacy and two small convenience stores.

St Agnes beach is also within walking distance of the property, just 10 minutes down through the village (uphill all the way home!).

The beach has a surf school and a local company also offer kayaking tours around the immediate coastline.

Walkers will enjoy exploring the coastal footpath towards Porthtowan in one direction, or Perranporth in the other - passing old engine house ruins and Poldark filming locations!

The National Trust-managed St Agnes Beacon is another great place for a ramble, with panoramic views as far west as St Ives from the very top.

With so much to see and do close by, Off Square and St Agnes provide a wonderful holiday destination for all.
