  • “Great week in Aggie”

The location was excellent, local amenities on your door step, the butchers and bakers were excellent, The garden was lovely for breakfast and had sun most of the day. The kitchen was well furnished, could possibly go with a couple more wine glasses in case you have visitors, the bedroom nice & the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern with old features, lovely shower, there was a problem with it not draining away, but having cleaned the waste it was then fine, the hot tap needs ...

The location was excellent, local amenities on your door step, the butchers and bakers were excellent, The garden was lovely for breakfast and had sun most of the day. The kitchen was well furnished, could possibly go with a couple more wine glasses in case you have visitors, the bedroom nice & the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern with old features, lovely shower, there was a problem with it not draining away, but having cleaned the waste it was then fine, the hot tap needs tightening up as swivelled on the basin, but doesn’t stop it working. The living room wasn’t quite as well finished as the rest of the house, but was comfortable. The door to the garden was a bit tricky closing, if the bottom latch wasn’t lined up it wouldn’t shut, needs a bit of attention as some people might not spot the problem. There was no phone signal in the house, we were on EE & Three, and the internet was pretty slow. We really enjoyed our week at The Ope, we ate at Driftwood Spars, St Agnes Hotel & The Tap House, all very good and Pizza from the Cornish Pizza Co was lovely, but be prepared for a wait at busy times.
